When the winhook batch file kicks off, it tries to print some Aloha Reports but an Interactive Service message pops up and displays "Cannot locate default printer settings"

Can print reports manually with no issues but when trying to run them from the batch file I get that Interactive Service message.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The winhook process is started by the service, with the credentials you've told it to use. Log on to the BOH as that user and set up a default printer. You may need to disable UAC, but see where the default printer gets you first.
