Well a "Customer Interaction" means any contact with a customer, whether that is by Phone, Fax, Email, Internet... etc etc...
I would assume that this means the Date / Time that the Call / Email / Fax etc was received. Could be wrong though, anyone else got any suggestions ?

Why do U wanna know? Seems that in 8.8 this database field is a new option to be shown in Evaluation Forms.

We have Nice and we were looking at the eval form and did not know what the field was used for. Belive it or not we had to take it to tier 3 at NICE because they didnt know (or didnt know who to aks in their offices 
)
