integreting unix with windows server

Hi,

The client wants to integret both thier win AD and Multimedia Communication server 5100(mcs5100)(A Sun Fire V100 Server running on Solaris)

together...meaning, when the user login to the windows domain, the msc applications starts also...and when they change their login credientals for the domain, the msc should also comply with the new login credentials.

Can anyone advice on how to integret both the mcs5100 and win ad?
