I'm having problems getting my ACT! together... Seriously though, I'm trying to add an ACT! directory to my local Outlook setup, and where I should be able to choose the ACT! address book in the "other address book" window, I only have the two default entries. How can I get ACT! to show up? Do I need to have ACT installed properly, or is that a connector from Microsoft?

Hello VerbalKint04,
Is your Outlook setup/installed as "Corporate Workgroup"?

To check this "Help" select "About Outlook"

To change "Tools" select "Options" then "Mail Services" tab then click "Reconfigure Mail Support"

Regards,
Michael

It is set to Corporate. Is that going to be issue?
