when saving attachment from Outlook to drive (network or local)

Anyone seen this one? Loads of room and underused servers.

What version of Outlook are you using? Q294803 refers to Outlook 97.

Two other comments, just in case it does happen to be O'97:
1. Everyone I've heard says you should upgrade to at least Outlook 98.

2. Did you run the compatibility script you need for Office 97 on Citrix servers?
