Insufficient Memory when opening screen

I have an application I have been updating for years. Just last night when I attempted to open one of the screens I got an "Insufficient Memory" window. The screen partially opens in that setup window, with no code opens.
I then had to Ctrl+Alt+Del to exit. I rebooted, quit my virus checker to no avail. Any ideas??? Oh, ya, I brought the screen files to another PC off site and it opened fine. Bringing the files back created the same problem.

What are the differences between these two systems? CPU speed? Memory? OS? Updates installed? Background programs running?

Have you checked your config.fp file for a filecount? Somewhere you have to override the 'files' and 'mvcount' settings to be 200 and 1024, respectively...
