instsrv // srvany // autoexnt

This is driving me nuts. (windows 2000 / server not DC)
I want to map a drive to the DC and have used the instsrv and srvany process. No dice, .. I can start notepad.exe in the background all day long.

instexnt install does its thing with a net use in the autoexnt.bat and still it wont map the drive. it starts and runs but no map.

ANy ideas?
