exactly the reason i joined this group here...the 2003 white paper states it has been replaced with "Real Time Collaboration", which requires Server 2003 and the Real Time Collaboration service-I have no idea what the hell this is. Does anyone else know if this is going to be close to the 2k version? I have never worked with exchange before, and the im portion is one of my selling points....matt
