Hello,
I have one report that will be run by several different business units. However, I only want to save the last 10 instances for each business unit. If they were in the same folder I am not sure how this could be achieved. So...save the instances in different folders was my thought.

Two points came out of this. Firstly, is this the best way to address the issue ? Secondly, how can this be achieved ?

I would be very grateful for anyone's advice.
Thanks!

Sounds right.

Create the folders and copy the reports into them.

Now you can go into each report and select limits->Delete Excess instances<blah blah blah> and place 10 in there.

Thanks for the info. Is there any simple (ie automated approach) to moving instances to other folder either during the scheduling stage or as soon as it has run ?
