Installling exchange Error

I am installng exchange2k fresh onto a Windows2k server. I have recoieved the fallowing error:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Miscellaneous Atom with error code 0xC1037989(Please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation and try the failed setup again."

I clicked on the retry button and it all of a sudden started moving with the installation. I have not yet tested the exchange to see if anything is wrong. But is there a reason this happened?

I had the exact same error, and have never had a problem with my installation - so i think its nothing to worry about
