I have seen a similar rollback after trying to install on a fileserver (only access is through Terminal services) - however, I resolved my "issues" by consulting the install log. If the error is indicating problems with a third party product - it is probably the Java client that's causing this - install it manually and restart the installation. Also Veritas released version 9.1 on 1. Dec 2003 - it should include all hotfixes and updates from build 4454, into a new version (with new problems) - this might actually solve some of the issues involving VBE 9.0!
