installing remote carrier card

i have installed a remote carrier NT7R52AC card and I used LD d 32 to enll it. i get the following answer but the cabinet is not up. what is wrong. please advise what i have to do. thanks.

another place to see your xpe's (fyi) is load 97 prt xpe.. that also shows the one that are disabled.. in the same load print supl and you can see which xpe is used on each port of the network card
