You can also get a more recent (binaries) version from ftp.jpr.com

Don't use shite IE for it.
Use a good ftp GUI or command line ftp (good one from or even the standard windows supplyed ftp
If you are going to use this ssh, please note that the README has aparentelly a minor error.
run point 7 AFTER point 9, not before.
