I have a 40 gig hard drive, which I am going to partition and would like to install NT4 Server and Windows Advanced Server 2000. I only have 1 hard drive in the machine but would like to be able to run both NT4 and Windows 2000 server from the same disk.
I would like to have a menu appear, that gives me an option to say what would I like to load. I know this can be done on a NT boot loader and via Partion Magic if you have say windows 98 and Windows 2000 server. But assuming I am not running windows 95/98/nt/XP starting from no operating system, how do I run both from the same hard drive, can it be done? Which should I load first? I was intending to create partitions when installing.
I would like to have both partitions as NTFS, this is also just for learning with, so do not need to make the server as a domain. Just a workgroup would be fine. Any Ideas?
Thanks for any replies.
