Installing Infoview - Get INF 00130 (655535) Error

Hi

I installed Infoview version is 6.1a in a server with Windows 2000 SP 4, the repository resides in a Oracle 8.1.7. The installation went OK but when I try to open any document in the repository I got the INF00130 error. I try changing users settings - domain and local, even BO sent me a new license file.
