Installing IIS 5

Hi there.

I am new to IIS. I just installed IIS 5 on Windows 2000. On the Personal Web Manager screen there is no home directory address. Also, I was unable to display localstart.asp. The Default Web Site is stopped. I tried to start it, but it goes forever,and doesn't start.

Any help!
