Hey dudes

I have a nt4 server and im trying to install exchange 5.5 and i cannot loginto the domain on my nt4 server. I can login locally but not interactively. I have a win2k DC and it works fine but i want to setup exchange on the NT machine but i cant login and therefore when i try to setup exchange it says the compyter must be a part of a domain. The thing is, IT IS A PART OF A DOMAIN!

I dont understand whats wrong here!

Ok yeah i got that to work! But now when i try to Install exchange onto the NT4 server it tells me i have to be an Administrator!??
I have tried doing this with the local and domain admin account and i still get the same error!

Make sure that all your permissions within exchange are set up with the domain admin account. HTH.

Excellent! I figured it out and got it working fine. But some of my clients dont see the mail server. I have an MX and A record for the mail server. Even when i try to just use the IP Address it says it still cannot find the server.

Cheers!
