Installing Cards KX-TD500

Hi

I've a KX-TD500 no free slots, I have to change a SLC analog extension card for a DISA card, Can I remove the SLC card and insert the DISA card with power on or Do I have to power off the PBX for removing SLT card and inserting the DISA Card? Thanks
