Installing Audix v4 with Prologix

Trying to install Audix v4 on a Prologix r9.5 in a G600. System up and running ok, but when calls are transferred to Audix, instead of getting the users personal greeting the caller gets the default "Welcome to Audix, dial the extension........"

User mailboxes have been setup and administered, and I think we have the integration set-up correctly. No errors or alarms on the Prologix or Audix. Audix installed in slot 6.

This system was an IP600 but was swapped out with the Prologix due to a processor/HDD failure.

are you sure you setup the hunt group correct and also the voice-group settings in the Audix are correct? Maybe pass a screeenshot of those?

and did you program 8 stations with the bridge, coverpath and transfer station?
