Installing Access 97 on Windows XP

I have installed Access 97 on Windows XP and got the well known "no licence" error. However, having followed the advice to rename hatten.ttf etc. I now get an "out of memory" error!
Any advice out there?

Try running it in compatability mode for Windows 98. You can adjust the memory available to the program.

I had a similar problem on Windows2000 server. Same error, the service pack fixed it (Office service pack that is)
