installing 98se over 95...how ?

i have windows 95 and want to load 98se on that computer...can i just put cd in and run it ?
 
yes. However if there's any corruption or inefficiencies in the win95 version, they'll remain in the win98 version.
 
An Upgrade going smoothly will depend on "which version" of the SE CDROM you have also, besides the fact a clean install is always better
