Is there Active directory on the 2k server (network not controlled by legacy PDC)? If the answer to both of these is no, then it should be super easy. Just make sure you put the security updates on the Exchange 5.5 / Win2k server. If you are migrating an existing NT server to a Win2K Active directory server and wish to retain your post office and setup, read this. http://www.brienposey.com/kb/windows_upgrade.asp it seems pretty good.
