Installer Problem

Hi,
I have a win2k3 server that I am trying to install Outlook 2000 and Word 2000 on. About 1/4 in the install porcess, the windows installer quits. All that is logged in the event viewer is "Installer quit". Any ideas? How can I reinstall the installer?
