Hello! I am attempting to install Windows 2000 Server on a RAID1 server. I have the array setup correctly, I think!? When installing Windows it says that no hard disks can be found. I do not know what I'm doing or not doing, so please help me. Thank you very much!:-)

Sorry, but if you don't know what you are doing, why are you doing it?
Make sure the RAID is recognised first, on BIOS level, otherwise windows will not see it either.

I'm trying to install Windows 2000 Server on a machine. During the setup is says: Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer. I have two 80 GB ATA/133 hard drives and a Onboard Promise Raid controller. The Raid is configured for RAID1 (mirror) but installation is not finding the hard drives. I don't know what to do. If you need any more information please let me know. Thank you!

I don't need info, you need to do some reading on the manual of your RAID.
It HAS to be seen at startup or it WILL NOT work, period.

Well, it seems that I figured it out myself and kinda feel like a complete idiot now! I had to download the RAID controller drivers from the motherboard website and place them on a floppy disk. I then re-booted Windows installation and pressed F6 to configure RAID controller and Pressed 'S' Then select the appropriate RAID controller and BAM! You are in business.

I hope other can benefit from my ignorance/oversight.

Aha, well every bit helps, and everyone can make those oversights, don't worry about it.
