Installation FR3 French version on OS Win2000 English

Bonjour,

Erreur message durinh Installation :
( "impossible de créer l'utilisateur.."

After the installation ICA browser doesn't start-

Our Metaframe licenses are in French, it's why we need to install this version- ( we haven't any problem installing FR2 French version on OS win2000 English versioin.)

Does someone have any idea to solve this problem ?
