Installation Error Message - Help!

Hi all out there...I need to know if you can help. I have someone who has attempted to install an application I have developed.
Written in VB6.0 Prof.
Uses Access DB
Runs Crystal Reps.
Packaged using Visual Installer

He reports an error that is generated upon attempting to install App:
"Local header corrupt or not found"

This is a message I am not familiar with and can't help thinking it is a system error belonging to Windows. At this point I do not know what Windows version he is running.

Any ideas?
