install w2k pro backupexec on w2k server

Veritas backupexec (now backup mypc)for W2K Po will not install on W2K server.

I do not want to use the Veritas server product for just simple backups of the W2K server!

What can I do to change the registry etc?

then just use the Windows backup software, heck you can even schedule it
