Dumb sys admin question. On old Win98 PC's I could log in under the service account and set up outlook profiles for whoever was using the PC and when they logged on, their outlook profile would be available. Obviously, doesn't work on Win2k where user settings are kept in a separate user profile. If I set up multiple outlook profiles under the service account, they are only available when logged in as the service account.
I'm trying to avoid having to wait for the user to log on or having to reset their password before I can set up their OL profile on a new PC.
