install oracle 10g on windows 2003 server

Yes, there are five editions of Win2003 that support Oracle 10g. Be sure to match the bit-length of your operating system and database (i.e., are they both 64-bit?) Also, make sure you are not using an AMD64 processor (unless you are using the 10g R2 developer's editition.)
