Install .Net Framework For Visual Studio 2005 Windows Project Deploy 1

When deploying a Visual Studio 2003 windows application, it was necessary to modify a setup.exe Bootstrapper to install the .Net framework before running the .msi.

Is this the case for Visual Studio 2005?
I can't find the option any more to set the Bootstrapper to 'None' against the Setup project properties.

Thanks that is a good link.

The manual process of downloading the bootstrapper that I remember outside Visual Studio 2003; is now performed inside Visual Studio 2005.
