install microsoft date and time picker

When I try to use Microsoft date and time picker it does not apear in the drop dowm menu on the toolbox toolbar. Does anybody know how to install this option. P.S. I am running access 2002

Hi,
While you are design view of the form

Insert > Activex Control > Microsoft Date & Time Picker Control (XX)
This will insert date & time picker on the form

I cannot see the file in any of the menu's. when I search the C drive for Mscomct2.ocx nothing comes up?
