Install latestest DirectX patch via script

Hello all,

Has anyone written a script to detect DirstX version and install the latest patch based on that version??

MS recently released a script called patchinstall.vbs to help deploy the latest security patch. It would probably provide you with most of the framework necessary to do what you are asking with only a little modification.

only thing i can offer is to install latest version run
dxsetup.exe /windowsupdate

v9.0b should have
