Install Help File 1

Hello,
I am using CR8.5 Professional Edition. Whenver I click on the help file, I get a message
"Help has not been setup. Please run setup again".
I have tried to run the setup but I still get the same message. I also tried uninstalling CR totally from my computer and installing it again.
Can someone please tell me how I can install the help portion.
