I have just installed my ASA 5520 my main LAN is working fine, however I have some other VLANs that are unable to get to the internet. The error I get is that is that Routing failed to locate next hop for TCP from Outside:X.X.X.X/80 to Inside 10.101.130.x/3359. I attempted to put in a static route for anything destined to 10.101.130.x to go to the default gateway for that VLAN but it says that the route already exists. Any ideas what may be my issue?

What is doing your intervlan routing? If it is a layer 3 switch, be sure to have a route back to it on the ASA. You should also have a default route on the ASA to your next hop. Be sure you NAT statements are correct as well.
