Inserting pictures into forms and reports 1

I need to be able to put a unique picture into each record on a form. I want the user to be able to do this. Also, I would like to be able to print the pictures with each record when I print the report. Can this be done? or do I have to somehow use a hyperlink and attatch the picture?

Check out the Northwinds database in the SAMPLES folder of your Office installation. It has examples of this, of varying complexity and usefulness. Say "HI" to Nancy Davolio for me..

Ok, I got the forms to work, but now I can't seem to get the pictures to print in the report. Any ideas?
