I'm real new at Visio. Currently I have a 3 page visio flowchart that I inherited. (There are actually 3 tabs across the bottom...page 1, page 2, page 3) I need to add a lot more on pages 1 & 2. Is there any way other than cutting & pasting to move from one page to another?

I really don't want to have to cut & paste, because the only way I've found to do that is to select a group (including the lines), cut & pasting onto the new page.

Each page also has about 3 columns of flow.

I am not clear on this. What are you asking?

Are you asking about COPYING a single object from one page to another?

Are asking about MOVING your view from one page to another?

Are you asking about MOVING a single object to another page?

I have 3 pages of "symbols". I'd like to insert a bunch more on page 1. Is there an easy way to move the overflow that I'm going to create on page one to page 2...excess of page 2 to page 3?

Or select the first symbol and the last symbol and it will select EVERYTHING in between so I can do a cut & paste? The only way I've found I have to select each object, line etc.

I have Visio 2003 and all I have to do is make sure you have your mouse pointer in it's pointer mode (arrow). Right Click and Hold > Draw round all the items you wish to copy, you will see a dotted line appear. Release the mouse button and voila all items are selected. Edit > Copy > Paste.
