Inserting a video with file type "RM" in my web

I've never used an "rm" file, but have done this with lots of MS Word documents, and others.
Nothing to it, as long as the user has programming on their end that will run it.
Just put the file on your site, with a hyperlink to it.
When the user uses the link, it will run on the programming they have in their computer.
If the "rm" file is not in a folder that allows programs to run, it will be downloaded to their computer.
