Insert Picture from File causes crash in Office 03 programs

Help...

I've just upgraded to Office 2003. When I insert a picture from file in Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access, the machine freeze up and then crashes.

Strangely Excel and Outlook work fine.

The error is:

Any ideas?

I've tried repairing Office, Windows (2000 SP4), re-installing office. I've run Norton Utilities Win Doctor, de-fraged the hard drive and still nothing.

Any ideas?
