input data-from VFP or stored procedure(SQL Server)

Hello,

does anybody know which would be the best way to input data in a MS SQL Server database:VFP code or by building a stored procedure in the server?
I'm using VFP 7.0 for client software.No more than 20 users are inputing data on the same time into database.

The answer may be "both". Depending on your users' needs and sophistication, using a VFP app to "frontend" a SQL stored procedure is often a good solution.
