Hi,

We have just had Nice V8.8 installed for QA and not total recording, I have 48 input channels and 12 output.

My question is When I log into a set and and open the Monitor app I see 2 input channels with status OK and the other 46 with status LTA or long term alarm.

Also, When I run a query I see calls recorded but when I try and playback it throws me a random error (Cannot find recording on disk).

I do know that this is a support question but I will be putting a site live next week and I am going around in circles here.

Any information or questions that I can ask our vendor would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Jason

LTA should just be lack of use for those channels. Safe to ignore generally unless it persists in full production.

Cannot find recording on disk generally means the audio has been purged,or the channel mapping is incorrect. If the channels are station-side taps into 48 stations, it could be the wiring and mapping do not match and call reports for a call that should have been recorded on a channel were pointing to the wrong channel with no recording at the time in the query.

Also, make sure time is in synch between logger and CLS and that DST is not enabled on logger(s) and CLS. If start and stop time do not match between SQL and Logger, could be looking in the wrong place for recordings.
