Adding channels

Hi,
I presume you mean as in additional channels.
You will need to upgrade configuration on logger (straight forward process)
If you log into nice adminstrator click on logger and it will show you how many channels you have at present.
Perhaps a bit of house keeping could allow you to free up some channels.
This channels are mapped by logger definition tool located in the nice cls server controller application under tools menu.
