I wish to attach an inkjet printer to a HP Jetdirect on a Windows NT 4.0 ethernet network. I would then like to print to this printer from AIX. I have been able to print to a Lexmark laser printer using this technique. However I need an AIX driver for an inkjet printer (in particular an Epson 800, but I can be flexible). Do AIX drivers exist for inkjet printers? Or is there some other way to define the printer that will work? [sig][/sig]

Try using GhostScript from it's a translator from PostScript to the language used by many popular small scale printers.
