INI an Option 11C

hi all, i checked some postings on here about rebooting an Option 11 remotely, but when i tried

INI Active

on my Option 11C, i got an error message "CCED0001".

am i missing something? i need to perform a simple INI, not a Sysload. please help!!

That command is only valid on Rls 5 and up as far as I know.

prior to rls 5 you needed pdt access to ini... love the remote ini, then the switch fails to boot and no one site to trouble shoot..

thanks all, but that system is already on 5.0. BTW, not using XSL in LD 143 bcos it's a sysload.

i just want to perform a remote INI.

May I ask why not sysload it remotely with LD 143? You will get your INI and then some...

because i don't want an entire re-start. i just want a re-boot. a Sysload is not as simple and i don't have a tech on site if something goes wrong.

It can still be done through PDT access.

MagnaRGP is right, but you need to know the little pwd & we're not allowed to post it i think?
