Information store quits unexpectedly

Hi all

Today I got the following message:

"The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated unexpectedly It has done this (2)times (It did the first time on /21/2002) The following correction action will be taken..."

The event ID is 7031 Do you guys have any idea of what's going on?

The error message does not give me enough info, and Microsoft doesn't have anything posted about this.

Any help will be appreciated.

This may not have anything to do with your problem, but I found a couple of Q articles on this error.

There were a couple of other mentions of this error being caused by Anti-Virus scanners after updating to a new SP for Exchange, though you didn’t mention you had done that, so that probably doesn’t apply.
