Info on routers that have reached EOF

Hi,

I recently bought a lab that contained a cisco 3801.

It has 4 serial, 1 ethernet, and 2 voice. Ethernet shows alarm.

I can't console into it... just doesn't bring anything up.

Cable, laptop, connector all fine... it all works on the other 10 routers I have.

Anyone know where I can get any info on 3801. Cisco has labeled it obsolete and has no info on it.

I just wanna get in so I can check in out... I think it is a hardware problem...but can't tell for sure.
