Inetinfo.exe - Dr. Watson

About twice a week, we get a doctor Watson error for the following:

"An error has occured and an application error log is being generated. > > >inetinfo.exe

We are using Windows NT 4.0 SP6 and our version of IIS is 3.0 When this occurs, our web proxy services stop (WWW, FTP....etc), and they need to be restarted.

Is anyone else encountering these Dr. Watson errors?

Thanks for any type of help.
