Inetinfo.exe - Boggs the processor at 100% or so.

I am running 4 intranet servers and I would like to know why the processor would hit 90-100% and stay there. We are running asp pages. This seems to happen to all the servers but I cannot pinpoint the problem. It's now happening daily and the users are starting to get fed up and so am I. The developers say it's the server, I say it's in their applications. Is there a tool that I can use to actually run on the inetinfo.exe and let me know what it is doing???

But these are not internet servers. They are Intranet servers.
