Individual datagrid elements?

Hi,

I've successfully managed to populate my datagrid but I was wondering if there was any way to then find the last Row and look at the individual elements.

e.g. If a new entry was made to the bootm of the grid how can I then write this new data to my data source.

Sorry I should have added that I want to take the individual elements and write them separately after some validation.
