I have a user who insists that Outlook use to automatically indent the text (give him a margin) in the body of each new mail message he started and now it does not. I cannot find a setting for this. I know there's a setting to indent the original message when replying or forwarding, but know nothing of indenting new messages other than to manually do so. He uses Microsoft Outlook Rich Text as his mail format. Can anybody advise me here?

Hi,

Was he using word as his email edito, and has now somehow managed to turn it off??

I suggest changing his format to HTML - get him to try it - see if it looks familiar :)

Changing the format to HTML made it do exactly what he wanted. Thanks!
