Been there, done that. The only way to export the file for outlook is into CSV (comma separated values). Then you have to edit the CSV file and and rearrange the cells so that outlook can import properly. the field placement will be messed up.
Do yourself a favor, export someone elses outlook address or contacts list to CSV for comparison.
Good luck, and if anybody has something that works better, please fill us in. I have a client that has 30 machines running incredimail and wants to switch to outlook on the new XP machines...
